How do I add a record for someone that was cremated, and I don't know what happened to the ashes?

Hi bryanmillet,

This record is a 'Supporting Record' with information from the persons Death Certificate, but you can use information from other sources...including your person experience if you happened to be at the Cremation Service.

You can see in the 'Notes' section it mentions that the ashes 'were scattered on private property'. You could add any other information to the Notes section, including 'Location of ashes is unknown'.
