My photos have not registered as being "fulfilled."

I cant seem to access the requests I have accepted on my computer from my  iphone app so instead I just take the headstone photos, upload them to the billiongraves website , fill in the information for each photo then message the person who requested the photos.

Done the same. I have uploaded photos from the Phone app to fullfill requests and then at a later time gone into the accepted requests and marked that as completed. (Research > My Photo Requests)

The last 10 or so requests I have fulfilled arent showing the green box with the tick - which shows the request has been completed.

You mentioned "going into the accepted requests and marking as completed>" How do I do that?  I cannot see a "completed" button.
