I have been charged twice in 3 days at 2 difference prices, how do I correct this?

My credit card has been charged twice in 2 days for a subscription, one at a higher price.  Auto renew had been turned off.  How do I get the higher charge refunded?

No oone here in Community can help with this. You have to send a message to BG support with details and keep after them until you get resolution of the issue. You should immediately let the CC company know that this is an error, so they can put a stop on the unwanted charges.
