How do I enter AKA (Also Known As) from a headstone into the record?

For example, the headstone says:

"Green J. Bruton

    AKA

George Carson"

I think I would enter the Burton name as one record and the Carson name as a second record to that same stone, and then in the notes type exactly what is on the stone. It may be that he was adopted and you don't know what was the birth name and the adopted name, but someone searching for him might.

I would not combine the surnames and given names as then it looks like it is all one name,which would not make sense to a searcher.
