If there is a stone (very hard to read and worn). I can read the years but not the name. Should I transcribe it?

I do transcribe these, and just put "Unknown Unknown" in for the name. or your can do  ----- ----- for the name fields. That way if someone is studying that cemetery and come to that grave they may be able to figure out who is in the grave and add that information later from some documented source.

If the stone is just a poor photo I skip them.
