Please have a look at this information about searching:
3. When searching BillionGraves, 'less' is often more. Start with entering minimal information, even if you know the exact location of a burial. Start with just a name and state and work from there.
4. As with Ancestry and Family Search, not every record in the world is available, so it could be that no one has photographed the graves at the cemeteries you want to find yet. Unlike other sites BillionGraves add hundreds of records every single day, so it may only be a matter of time before the records you need are available.
5. If you already know where someone is buried, but there is no photo yet, you can put in a request for someone to take one. Depending on where the cemetery is and where the local volunteers live it might take a day or a year before someone gets to it. See the info here: https://support.billiongraves.com/support/solutions/articles/35000033626-how-do-i-make-a-photo-request-
6. If all else fails, let us know what information you are looking for and one of us volunteers might be able to help with the search.
