I wrote support the day I was charged 10 April 2015.  I found that I had been automaticallycharged.  I did not want to continue.   You make it almost impossible to find a way to communicate.  I would like to ave my money back.  I am marwilk32@gmail.com or omwilkins.  It could be either.  Please can someone help me?
